Returns & Refunds

Customer Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is paramount at Organicbox. If you are not pleased with any product or service, please reach out to discuss potential exchanges or credits equal to the item's value.

Quality and Freshness:
We take pride in selecting the freshest and highest quality certified organic produce. If there is an issue with any product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, as we may not offer refunds after this period.

Damaged Goods:
In the rare event that goods are damaged during transportation or due to mishandling by Organicbox, we will either replace the goods free of charge, issue a credit, or provide a refund. Please report such incidents as soon as possible, and no later than 5 business days after delivery.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the following methods:

  • Credit Card Refunds: Direct refund to the credit card used for the purchase.
  • EFT: Transfer to a nominated bank account. Please note: If the purchase was made through alternative payment methods, we cannot process a refund to your credit card.

Liability:
Our liability for any products purchased from us is limited to the refund of the purchase price or a store credit to the same value. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except where it is unlawful to exclude.

Availability:
Due to the nature of organic produce, availability can vary. We aim to inform you promptly if an item is unavailable for delivery and will offer a reasonable substitute or refund if no suitable substitute is available.

Returns Procedure

What can be returned?
Please contact us via email or phone to initiate a return. Due to the perishable nature of our products, fresh produce must be returned on the same day of delivery in its original condition, accompanied by an explanation and photos demonstrating any issues.

When:
Shelf-stable products must be returned in their original condition within 3 business days of delivery if not required.

Operating Hours:
Our office hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and 9 AM to 1:30 PM on Saturdays.
