Watermelon & Banana Frozen Yoghurt Cups

- ½ watermelon, diced
- 2 bananas
Pantry ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- Optional: shredded coconut
- Blend watermelon, bananas, yoghurt and honey until smooth.
- Pour into muffin cases or silicone moulds.
- Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
- Freeze for 4–5 hours.
- Allow to soften for 5 minutes before serving.
