Watermelon & Banana Frozen Yoghurt Cups

  • ½ watermelon, diced
  • 2 bananas

Pantry ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Optional: shredded coconut

  1. Blend watermelon, bananas, yoghurt and honey until smooth.
  2. Pour into muffin cases or silicone moulds.
  3. Sprinkle with coconut if desired.
  4. Freeze for 4–5 hours.
  5. Allow to soften for 5 minutes before serving.
