- Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced (200°C conventional).
- Place the apples and pineapple into a lightly greased baking dish and sprinkle with half the cinnamon.
- In a bowl, rub together the flour, oats, brown sugar, remaining cinnamon and butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Evenly scatter the crumble topping over the fruit.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Chef's Tip: Serve warm with organic Greek yoghurt, cream or vanilla ice cream.
