Warm Apple, Pineapple & Banana Bread Pudding

  • 2 apples, diced
  • ½ pineapple, diced
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Pantry Staples

  • 4 cups stale bread, cubed
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  1. Heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place bread and fruit in a baking dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  4. Pour over bread mixture.
  5. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm.
