Vegetable & Corn Fritters
Serves: | Cooking Time:
- 1 × 400g tin corn kernels, drained
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- Salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into frying pan.
- Cook until golden both sides.
- Serve with cucumber and tomato salad.
