Sticky Soy Chicken Stir-Fry with Pak Choy & Veggies

  • 600g chicken breast

Box Ingredients

  • 1/4 green cabbage
  • 1 pak choy bunch
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • Remaining beans
  • 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes

Pantry Staples

  • Rice or noodles
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame oil or olive oil

  1. Cook rice or noodles according to packet directions.
  2. Slice chicken into strips.
  3. Mix together: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp grated ginger ,1 garlic clove
  4. Stir-fry chicken until browned.
  5. Add sliced cabbage, pak choy, carrots, zucchini and beans.
  6. Pour over sauce and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  7. Toss through cherry tomatoes at the end and serve over rice or noodles.
