Sticky Soy Chicken Stir-Fry with Pak Choy & Veggies

Box Ingredients
- 1/4 green cabbage
- 1 pak choy bunch
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- Remaining beans
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes
Pantry Staples
- Rice or noodles
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sesame oil or olive oil
- Cook rice or noodles according to packet directions.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Mix together: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp grated ginger ,1 garlic clove
- Stir-fry chicken until browned.
- Add sliced cabbage, pak choy, carrots, zucchini and beans.
- Pour over sauce and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Toss through cherry tomatoes at the end and serve over rice or noodles.
