Sticky Ginger Chicken Patties with Warm Sesame Greens & Corn

- 1 corn cob
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 bunch silverbeet
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 20g ginger
- 1 garlic clove
Pantry Staples
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Sesame oil or olive oil
- Rice
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Cook rice.
- Slice zucchini into ribbons or thin strips.
- Finely slice silverbeet and carrot.
- Cut corn kernels from cob.
- Pan-fry chicken patties until golden and cooked through.
- In another pan sauté onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add carrot, corn, zucchini and silverbeet.
- Stir through soy sauce and a drizzle of honey.
- Serve chicken patties over rice with warm sesame greens.
