Sticky Ginger Chicken Patties with Warm Sesame Greens & Corn

  • 1 pack chicken patties (6)

Box Contents

  • 1 corn cob
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 bunch silverbeet
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 20g ginger
  • 1 garlic clove

Pantry Staples

  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Sesame oil or olive oil
  • Rice
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Slice zucchini into ribbons or thin strips.
  3. Finely slice silverbeet and carrot.
  4. Cut corn kernels from cob.
  5. Pan-fry chicken patties until golden and cooked through.
  6. In another pan sauté onion, garlic and ginger.
  7. Add carrot, corn, zucchini and silverbeet.
  8. Stir through soy sauce and a drizzle of honey.
  9. Serve chicken patties over rice with warm sesame greens.
