Sticky Chicken Wings with Roast Veg

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 600g potatoes
  • 300g sweet potato
  • 200g red onion
  • 1/2 bunch broccolini
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp oil

  1. Heat oven to 220C.
  2. Cut potatoes and sweet potato into wedges.
  3. Slice onion into thick wedges.
  4. Toss vegetables with oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix soy, honey and paprika. Coat wings.
  6. Roast wings and vegetables for 40–45 mins.
  7. Add broccolini for the final 10 minutes.
