Sticky Chicken Wings with Roast Veg
Serves: 4 | Cooking Time:
- 1kg chicken wings
- 600g potatoes
- 300g sweet potato
- 200g red onion
- 1/2 bunch broccolini
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp oil
- Heat oven to 220C.
- Cut potatoes and sweet potato into wedges.
- Slice onion into thick wedges.
- Toss vegetables with oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix soy, honey and paprika. Coat wings.
- Roast wings and vegetables for 40–45 mins.
- Add broccolini for the final 10 minutes.
