Rustic Sausage, Kidney Bean & Vegetable Soup

- 1 pack beef sausages (450g)
- 1 tin red kidney beans
Box Contents
- Remaining potatoes (500g)
- Remaining carrots
- Remaining celery
- Remaining broccoli stalks and small florets
Pantry
- 1.5 litres stock
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt & pepper
- Slice sausages and brown in a soup pot.
- Add diced carrots, celery and potatoes.
- Pour over stock.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Add kidney beans and broccoli.
- Cook another 10 minutes.
- Season well and serve.
