A comforting, sweet way to use up the fruit box. Delicious served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or cold yogurt.

Produce Used: Apples (3-4), Bananas (2-3).
Pantry Staples: Rolled oats, flour (plain or wholemeal), brown sugar, butter (or coconut oil), cinnamon.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Peel and chop Apples into chunks. Slice Bananas thickly. Toss them together in a baking dish with a sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon.
Make the Topping: In a bowl, combine 1 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of flour, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Rub in 100g of cold butter with your fingertips until the mixture looks like chunky breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle the topping generously over the fruit.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the fruit is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
