Quick Beef & Veggie Stir Fry with Rice

Protein: 450g beef stir fry strips
Pantry Staple: 2 cups uncooked basmati rice

From Your Box:

  • 150g green beans (trimmed)
  • 1 carrot (~100g, sliced thin)
  • 1 zucchini (~150g, sliced)
  • ½ broccoli (~200g, small florets)
  • 3 spring onions (sliced)

Pantry:

Soy sauce, garlic, oil

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Heat oil in wok/pan. Cook beef in batches, set aside.
  3. Stir fry all vegetables 4–5 minutes.
  4. Return beef, add soy sauce and garlic.
  5. Toss everything together and serve over rice.
