- Slice pineapple + apples → arrange in base of greased cake tin.
- Add sliced banana over the top.
- Sprinkle a little sugar on fruit (for caramelisation).
- Mix batter: butter, sugar, eggs → add flour + baking powder + milk.
- Pour over fruit.
- Bake at 180°C for 35–40 mins.
- Cool slightly → flip upside down.
This comes out sticky, sweet, and very “comfort dessert” for cooler weather.
