One-Tray Honey Soy Chicken with Carrots & Snow Peas

Protein: Chicken thighs 500g

From the Box

  • Carrots – 300g, sliced
  • Snow peas – 150g
  • Potatoes – 300g, cubed
  • Brown onion – 1 small (~80g) sliced

Pantry

2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, garlic, olive oil

  1. Roast potatoes, carrots and onion in olive oil at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey and garlic. Coat chicken thighs.
  3. Add chicken to tray and roast 15 minutes.
  4. Toss snow peas through for final 5 minutes.
