Lamb & Rosemary Sausages with Creamy Mash and Mushroom Gravy

- 500g lamb, mint & rosemary mini sausages
Box Ingredients
- 600g potatoes
- 180g mushrooms
- 250g broccoli
- 200g beans
Pantry Staples
- Butter
- Milk
- Flour
- Stock powder
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Mash with butter and milk.
- Cook sausages in a large frypan until browned and cooked through.
- Slice mushrooms and cook in the same pan.
- Sprinkle over 1 tbsp flour, stir, then slowly add 1 cup stock to create gravy.
- Steam broccoli and beans until tender.
- Serve sausages over mash with mushroom gravy and greens.
