Lamb & Rosemary Sausages with Creamy Mash and Mushroom Gravy

Protein

  • 500g lamb, mint & rosemary mini sausages

Box Ingredients

  • 600g potatoes
  • 180g mushrooms
  • 250g broccoli
  • 200g beans

Pantry Staples

  • Butter
  • Milk
  • Flour
  • Stock powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Mash with butter and milk.
  2. Cook sausages in a large frypan until browned and cooked through.
  3. Slice mushrooms and cook in the same pan.
  4. Sprinkle over 1 tbsp flour, stir, then slowly add 1 cup stock to create gravy.
  5. Steam broccoli and beans until tender.
  6. Serve sausages over mash with mushroom gravy and greens.
