Ginger Beef Stir-fry with Green Beans & Zucchini

- 500g beef stir-fry strips
- 250g green beans, trimmed
- 300g zucchini, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- ½ red onion, sliced
Pantry ingredients
- Cooked rice or noodles
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- Cook rice or noodles according to the packet instructions.
- Mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Cook the beef in batches for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan.
- Add the onion, carrots, beans and zucchini and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
- Stir through the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour over the sauce.
- Toss everything together until heated through and well coated.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
