Ginger Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli & Pak Choy

  • 500g beef stir-fry strips

Box Contents

  • 500g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 pak choy, sliced
  • Remaining onions, sliced
  • Remaining carrots (approximately 150g), julienned

Pantry Staples

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Rice for serving

  1. Mix soy, honey, ginger and garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  3. Cook beef until browned.
  4. Remove beef.
  5. Stir-fry onion, broccoli and carrots for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add pak choy and cook another minute.
  7. Return beef to pan.
  8. Pour over sauce and toss well.
  9. Serve over rice.
