1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Baby spinach
On-hand staples from the pantry
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Optional: vinegar or lemon juice for dressing
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cut potatoes into chips, toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 30–40 minutes, turning once, until golden.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Cook in a hot pan for 2–4 minutes per side (to preference).
Rest steak for 5 minutes.
Toss cucumber, tomatoes, and spinach with dressing.
Serve steak with chips and fresh salad.
