Crispy Tofu & Superfood Stir-fry

  • 2 blocks Firm Tofu
  • Superfood Mix
  • 1/4 Cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 Carrot (ribbons)
  • Broccoli florets

Fry tofu cubes until crispy. Stir-fry cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. Toss in Superfood Mix at the end.
