Crispy Chicken Patties with Roast Vegetables & Garlic Silverbeet

- 500g potatoes, cut into wedges
- ½ cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ bunch silverbeet, sliced
Pantry Staples
- Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Heat oven to 200°C.
- Toss potatoes and cauliflower with oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until golden.
- Cook chicken patties according to packet directions.
- Sauté garlic in a frying pan.
- Add silverbeet and cook until wilted.
- Serve patties with roast vegetables and silverbeet.
