- 1 bag baby spinach
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- ½ red onion

Pantry
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Cook the Cleaver’s lasagna according to packet instructions.
- While it cooks, prepare the salad.
- Slice cucumber and tomatoes.
- Grate carrot and thinly slice red onion.
- Toss with spinach in a bowl.
- Dress with olive oil, balsamic (or lemon), salt and pepper.
- Serve lasagna with the fresh garden salad.
