Cleaver’s Organic Beef Lasagna with Garden Salad

  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ red onion

Pantry

  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Cook the Cleaver’s lasagna according to packet instructions.
  2. While it cooks, prepare the salad.
  3. Slice cucumber and tomatoes.
  4. Grate carrot and thinly slice red onion.
  5. Toss with spinach in a bowl.
  6. Dress with olive oil, balsamic (or lemon), salt and pepper.
  7. Serve lasagna with the fresh garden salad.
