- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook onion for 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in grated zucchini and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add passata and Italian herbs. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the Cleaver's Mini Beef Meatballs according to the packet instructions.
- Stir the cooked meatballs into the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
