Chicken Tenderloin Stir Fry

Protein: 500g Chicken Tenderloins

Box Ingredients:

  • Broccoli
  • Zucchini (remaining)
  • Baby spinach
  • Spring onions
  • Capsicum (if any left)

Pantry Staples:

  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic, ginger
  • Oil

  1. Slice chicken and veg.
  2. Stir fry chicken until browned, remove.
  3. Cook veg (broccoli first, then softer veg).
  4. Return chicken, add soy sauce + splash water.
  5. Toss in spinach and spring onions at end.
  6. Serve as-is or with rice/noodles (optional pantry item).
