Chicken Tender Stir Fry with Snow Peas & Broccoli

  • Broccoli
  • Snow peas
  • Carrots (200g)
  • Zucchini (half)
  • Garlic (pantry assumed)

Pantry Staples

  • Soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger (optional)

Slice chicken tenders into strips.

  1. Heat oil in a wok, cook chicken until browned. Remove.
  2. Stir fry sliced carrots, broccoli florets, zucchini and snow peas.
  3. Add garlic + ginger, return chicken.
  4. Add soy sauce and splash of water. Toss 2–3 mins.
