Chicken Schnitzel with Warm Potato, Broccoli & Tomato Salad

- Chicken schnitzels
- 600g potatoes
- 1 broccoli
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Cook schnitzels according to packet directions.
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Steam broccoli.
- Toss potatoes, broccoli and tomatoes with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Serve alongside schnitzels.
