Chicken, Mushroom & Kale Quinoa Pasta Bake

- 170g mushrooms, sliced
- Half bunch Tuscan kale, shredded
- 1 celery stalk, diced
Pantry
- 350g quinoa pasta
- 1 onion (optional pantry)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400ml cream or white sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Cook quinoa pasta until just tender.
- Brown chicken mince.
- Add mushrooms, celery and kale.
- Cook until vegetables soften.
- Stir through cream sauce.
- Fold through cooked pasta.
- Place in baking dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes at 180°C until golden.
