Chicken, Mushroom & Kale Quinoa Pasta Bake

Protein

  • 500g chicken mince

Box Contents

  • 170g mushrooms, sliced
  • Half bunch Tuscan kale, shredded
  • 1 celery stalk, diced

Pantry

  • 350g quinoa pasta
  • 1 onion (optional pantry)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 400ml cream or white sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheese

  1. Cook quinoa pasta until just tender.
  2. Brown chicken mince.
  3. Add mushrooms, celery and kale.
  4. Cook until vegetables soften.
  5. Stir through cream sauce.
  6. Fold through cooked pasta.
  7. Place in baking dish.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Bake 20 minutes at 180°C until golden.
