Chicken & Hidden Veggie Rissoles with Mash

Protein: Chicken Mince

  •  Chicken Mince
  • 0.5kg Potatoes
  • 0.2kg Carrots
  • 0.2kg Zucchini
  • 0.5 bunch Spring Onions

The Meal: Grate the carrots and zucchini, squeezing out the excess moisture. Mix them into the chicken mince with chopped spring onions. Pan-fry as rissoles. Serve with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
