Chicken & Greens Stir-Fry

  • Pak choy
  • Green beans
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion

Pantry Staples

  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Oil
  • Optional: ginger
  • Rice

  1. Slice chicken thinly.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  3. Cook chicken until browned, remove and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry onion, carrot, beans and pak choy.
  5. Add garlic (and ginger if using).
  6. Return chicken to pan.
  7. Add soy sauce and toss to combine.
  8. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  9. Serve with rice.
