Chicken & Greens Stir-Fry

- Pak choy
- Green beans
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
Pantry Staples
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Oil
- Optional: ginger
- Rice
- Slice chicken thinly.
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
- Cook chicken until browned, remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry onion, carrot, beans and pak choy.
- Add garlic (and ginger if using).
- Return chicken to pan.
- Add soy sauce and toss to combine.
- Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Serve with rice.
