Brisket Burgers with Corn & Cabbage Slaw

- 4 Cleaver's brisket burgers
- ½ cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 corn cobs
- Mayo or yoghurt dressing
- Grill burgers until cooked through.
- Grill or boil corn cobs.
- Combine cabbage, carrot and cucumber.
- Toss with dressing.
- Serve burgers with corn and slaw.
