Brisket Burgers with Corn & Cabbage Slaw

  • 4 Cleaver's brisket burgers
  • ½ cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 corn cobs
  • Mayo or yoghurt dressing

  1. Grill burgers until cooked through.
  2. Grill or boil corn cobs.
  3. Combine cabbage, carrot and cucumber.
  4. Toss with dressing.
  5. Serve burgers with corn and slaw.
