  • 1 pack lamb chops
  • 2 rump steaks

  • Remaining potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 garlic clove

Pantry Staples

  • Olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Vinegar
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and roast until crispy.
  2. Cook lamb chops and steak to preference.
  3. Quickly sauté tomatoes, onion and garlic until just softened.
  4. Toss lettuce lightly with dressing.
  5. Serve meats with crispy potatoes and warm tomato salad.
