Beef & Snow Pea Stir-fry

- 450g beef stir-fry strips
- 200g snow peas
- 400g zucchini, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 brown onion, sliced
Pantry ingredients
- 500g basmati rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- Sesame oil (optional)
- Cook rice according to packet directions.
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey.
- Heat a wok over high heat.
- Cook beef in batches for 2–3 minutes and remove.
- Stir-fry onion, carrots, zucchini and snow peas for 4–5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Return beef to pan and pour over sauce.
- Toss together until heated through.
- Serve over rice.
