Beef & Snow Pea Stir-fry

OrganicBox ingredients

  • 450g beef stir-fry strips
  • 200g snow peas
  • 400g zucchini, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 brown onion, sliced

Pantry ingredients

  • 500g basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • Sesame oil (optional)

  1. Cook rice according to packet directions.
  2. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and honey.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat.
  4. Cook beef in batches for 2–3 minutes and remove.
  5. Stir-fry onion, carrots, zucchini and snow peas for 4–5 minutes.
  6. Add garlic and ginger.
  7. Return beef to pan and pour over sauce.
  8. Toss together until heated through.
  9. Serve over rice.
