Beef Sausage Tray Bake

  •  Beef Sausages
  • 2 Red Onions (wedged)
  • 2 Carrots (chunks)
  • Broccoli
  • Remaining Potatoes

Chop veggies, place on tray with sausages. Drizzle with oil/seasoning. Roast at 200°C for 30-35 mins.
