Beef Mince Shepherd’s Pie

  • 1kg Beef Mince
  • 6-8 Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (diced)
  • Beef Stock
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Side: Broccoli

Brown mince and onion. Add carrots and stock; simmer. Stir in spinach. Boil and mash potatoes; top meat and bake at 200°C.
