Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry with Pak Choy

- 500g Beef Stir Fry
- 500g Broccoli
- 1 Pak Choy
- 2 Carrots
- Fresh Coriander
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed (pantry box)
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger (pantry box)
- Cooked rice (pantry box)
Pantry Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp water
- Olive oil
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Thinly slice the carrots and roughly chop the pak choy.
- Mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornflour and water.
- Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.
- Add the carrots and broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the pak choy, garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
- Return the beef to the pan.
- Pour over the sauce and toss until everything is coated and the sauce thickens.
Serve over steamed rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
