Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry with Pak Choy

  • 500g Beef Stir Fry
  • 500g Broccoli
  • 1 Pak Choy
  • 2 Carrots
  • Fresh Coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed (pantry box)
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger (pantry box)
  • Cooked rice (pantry box)

Pantry Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Olive oil

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets.
  2. Thinly slice the carrots and roughly chop the pak choy.
  3. Mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornflour and water.
  4. Heat a large frying pan or wok over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Cook the beef for 2–3 minutes until browned, then remove from the pan.
  6. Add the carrots and broccoli and cook for 4 minutes.
  7. Stir in the pak choy, garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
  8. Return the beef to the pan.
  9. Pour over the sauce and toss until everything is coated and the sauce thickens.

Serve over steamed rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
