Beef, Broccoli & Pak Choy Stir Fry

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 bunch pak choy
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • Garlic and ginger
  • Soy sauce

  1. Brown mince.
  2. Add garlic and ginger.
  3. Add broccoli, carrot and pak choy.
  4. Stir fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce and serve over rice or noodles.
