Beef, Broccoli & Pak Choy Stir Fry

- 500g beef mince
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 bunch pak choy
- 1 carrot, sliced
- Garlic and ginger
- Soy sauce
- Brown mince.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Add broccoli, carrot and pak choy.
- Stir fry until tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce and serve over rice or noodles.
