Beef & Bok Choy Ginger Stir-fry

Fast, fresh, and lean.

  • 450g Beef stir-fry strips
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy (chopped)
  • 1/2 bunch Broccoli (small florets)
  • 1 Carrot (shaved)
  • 1/2 Red Onion (sliced).

Method: High heat is key! Sear the beef strips in batches and set aside. Toss in the onion, broccoli, and carrots with a splash of water to steam-soften. Add the bok choy and beef back in. Finish with soy sauce and ginger (pantry) for a 10-minute dinner.
