- Heat oven to 180C.
- Mash bananas.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Stir in bananas.
- Bake 30–35 mins.
Sauce
- Heat butter, sugar and cream until smooth.
- Pour over warm pudding.
Serve with ice cream or yoghurt.
