Apple & Pear Crumble

Serves: 6 | Cooking Time:

  • 700g apples
  • 500g pears
  • 2 bananas sliced on top or served fresh
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar/honey

Crumble

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 100g butter

  1. Slice apples and pears.
  2. Toss with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Place into baking dish.
  4. Rub crumble ingredients together.
  5. Scatter on top.
  6. Bake at 180C for 35–40 mins.

Serve with yoghurt or custard.

  • Apples: 700g
  • Pears: 500g
  • Bananas: optional topping
