Apple & Orange Crumble

- 4 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 oranges, segmented with juice reserved
Pantry ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain flour
- 100g butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced (200°C conventional).
- Place the apples, orange segments and juice into a greased baking dish.
- Rub the butter into the flour, oats, cinnamon and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Serve warm with yoghurt, cream or ice cream.
