Soy, Ginger, Garlic Salmon (or Barramundi)

Soy, Ginger, Garlic Salmon

1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons  soy sauce
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl and then dip and coat the salmon into
the mixture.
2. Fry in a saucepan over medium heat.
3. Serve immediately when cooked with a garnish of boiled egg, greens,
avocado and sesame seeds.
