Spicy, fresh and full flavoured. Ngeringa Extra Virgin Olive Oil is grown and produced using biodynamic farming practices and made from estate-grown, hand harvested olives. Early picked to capture intensity of flavour.
On the northern slope of the Mount Barker Summit, at an altitude of 420m, our certified biodynamic olive orchard is located neighbouring the NGERINGA Iluma vineyard in Nairne. The oil is made from small batches of Frantoio and Koroneiki olives.
