Bok Choy StirFry

250g Organic Mushrooms
Tbsp Organic Tamari
Knob Ginger
Tbsp Honey
2 Cloves Organic Garlic
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
Method
- Combine ginger, garlic, honey, tamari and sesame oil in a bowl and then add mushrooms and set aside, covered for 15 minutes to marinate.
- Rinse bok choy well and set aside.
- Fry over a low heat for 3 minutes, then add bok choy and cook for a further 3 minutes until bok choy is lightly softened.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with organic brown rice.
