Organic white rice (88%), water, Organic tapioca flour
- Soak Organic Rice Noodle in water(room temperature) for 10 minutes and drain well.
- Put Noodle in boiling water for 5 minutes, take it out into a bowl and rinse the boiled noodle in cold water before using.
For Noodle with Soup
- Add your favorite cooked meat, vegetable and hot soup befere serving.
- Heat oil in a hot pan, add prawns and cook for 30 seconds. Pour egg on it and stir through for 30 seconds.
- Add noodle and Pad Thai sauce, continuously stirring for 1 minute.
- Add bean sprouts and Chinese leek or spring onion, stir through and remove from heat.
- Garnish with ground peanut and a quarter of fresh lime on top of Pad Thai before serving
