Our favourite way to enjoy this gingery tangy Kraut is in a fresh summer salad. Toss it with roasted veggies and avo then add a generous splatter of miso and tahini dressing. Roll it up with mango, avo and prawn in a Vietnamese rice paper roll with sweet chilli dipping sauce. This Kraut also pairs well with a crispy gyoza, cauliflower rice, stir fry.
