Using Activated Almonds

We've activated organic Australian almonds by soaking them in water, sea salt and apple cider vinegar for 12 hours, before drying them at a low temperature for 48 hours. This activation process makes the almonds extra crunchy, tasty and much more digestible.
We've then rolled the almonds in organic extra virgin olive oil before coating them in a spicy BBQ mix of smoked paprika, ground cumin, cayenne pepper and sea salt.
