Will my produce be kept cool? Yes! we will be packing in foam boxes, which will keep your produce cold for 24 hours or more - they are like an esky.
In summer we will pack with ice packs for extra guarantee.

What happens if I will not be home?You will need to nominate a safe spot for us to leave your food box.
This information is added at check out -please don't forget.
You will also need to leave out your last week's box for us to take back to the premises.

What if I do not have a credit card?You can place a manual order via email and pay via Direct Deposit. Banking information can be found below.
The price list is available to be downloaded on the products page to the right of the screen.
PayPal has the option of linking your account to a bank account.

Do you take COD - cash on delivery?No, we want to be able to streamline our delivery,so if you are not home we can leave your box in a secure location and not have to worry about waiting for money, nor your needing to leave money out.

What if I want to set up a standard weekly delivery? We can arrange that for customers who know exactly what they want, and who want to take the hassle out of ordering weekly.
We can set up a monthly or fortnightly order,paid in advance. Please contact us to arrange this as needed.

Will my produce be fresh? Yes, we will only pack the freshest, seasonal items direct from certified organic growers.
As in item 1 above, the foam boxes will keep produce cold.

Why do I need to pay for the Boxes? We want to be as environmentally friendly as possible.Unfortunately the foam boxes are not the best option here but they do keep the produce fresh and cold.
With your first order you pay $8 for 2 boxes - $4 each. These boxes will be used for your orders and rotated around with each order you make. Your empty box is left out each Wednesday to be returned ready for your next order.
If you no longer buy from organicbox we will refund your money on the return of the boxes or you can choose to keep your boxes.
We feel rotating the foam boxes works out environmentally and financially better than cardboard boxes.

How do I know that everything in my box is certified organic?To ensure you know exactly where your produce is coming from we will provide you via email of the contents in your box, the grower's name and certification number.
Organicbox has completed Retail Certification with ACO. The auditing process is very stringent so this is a full guarantee that the fruit, veg and goods sold through Organicbox are truly certified, except where stated. The certification process requires that the premises, operations, produce, handling and entire business is checked.
So you can be assured that what you order, is what you pay for and what you get!

- DELETING ORDERS: If you need to start again with your order please either remove items or delete the current order, if left there it may double up your order. Once an order has been paid for please do not delete it from the system until after Tuesday.
- SAVING ORDERS: You can create an order and save it so you can either come back to it or amend it as needed each week.
- MANUAL ORDERING: If you are still having trouble with the site, you can now download the price list located at the right of the website screen. Orders can be emailed to vanessa@organicbox.com.au or faxed to 85243618. Payment can be made via Direct Deposit to Organicbox; BSB 105159 A/C 025894640 Ref: your surname, payment at time of ordering is required please. Then please fax or email a copy of your payment receipt. Please remember to add the fuel charge.
- DISCOUNTED BOX CONTENTS: Click on the little box logo to find out what is in the box. Generally updated Friday or Saturday morning.
- WEIGHTS: Please note that weights and items in boxes are subject to change without notice. Weights and items are listed as a guide only, every effort will be made to have correct weight or over weight.
- PRICES: May change slightly without notice to account for normal minor fluctuations in market value.
- SUBSTITUTIONS: We may substitute items in your box where possible eg if you order Sebago potatoes but these are not available we may pack Desiree. Please advise at checkout if you do not want substitutions.
- MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR BOX: If your box is missing some items upon delivery it is due to unavailability on the day. Organics is a bit of a numbers game sometimes. You will receive a refund in the days following delivery via PayPal. Every effort is made to provide what is listed online or ordered by customers.
- REGULAR WEEKLY/FORTNIGHTLY ORDERS: can be arranged, email vanessa@organicbox.com.au
- BULK ITEMS: can be arranged as needed. Please email me to arrange.
- MAC USERS: if you are using the Safari browser the site works better if you change to Firefox browser. Even PC users find the site better with Firefox Mozilla.
